The National E-Learning Laboratory (NELL) is based in the Centre.

Hi, my name is Stephan Weibelzahl and I am Principal Investigator of NELL and lecturer in the School of Computing. I took over this blog when Abi left NCI. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any queries regarding UX testing at NELL.
We observe and analyse how your users engage with your application on-line. The goal of usability testing is to limit and remove difficulties for users and to leverage areas of strength for maximum usability and performance.
